Is this just another workout timer app?
No. Ballistic uses artificial intelligence to build and adapt your training programme based on your equipment, experience, goals, and session feedback. It's a coach, not a timer.
Do I need special equipment?
Just a kettlebell (or a few) and a phone. The app works with whatever bells you have and builds your programme around your actual equipment.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. The onboarding adapts to your level. If you're brand new, the AI will start you with foundational movements and progress you safely. If you're experienced, it'll challenge you appropriately.
Will it include video form analysis?
That's on the roadmap. We're launching first with AI-powered programming and coaching chat, then adding video form analysis as a premium feature. Waitlist members will get first access.
What if I also do barbell or bodyweight training?
We're starting kettlebell-first to make sure we nail that experience. Multi-modality training (kettlebell + barbell + bodyweight) is part of the longer-term vision.
